What the design is built to do
The maker says the Flame Flow heats up in half the time of their standard units. It's also less likely to scorch and burn your mash, and you can control the heat more easily and more accurately. If you treat each run as a controlled experiment, that last point matters most. Heat is the dial that shapes everything after it: how fast the vapor rises, how steady the run stays, and how clearly you can see your cuts coming. The set is built with 100% lead free materials.
Who it suits
This is the highest-priced entry on our 30 gallon list. It's meant for the distiller who already knows the basics and wants tighter control over the fire. The design took over two years to develop and fine tune. If price comes first, our 30 gallon EZ Kit and complete Advanced Model cost less.
