Sort The Distillers List by size and this still tops this group with 15 gallons of copper. Sort by budget and you'll notice something else. It starts at $1049, less than either FlameFlow™ model and less than the 10 gallon electric.
How we file it
- Size: 15 gallons, the largest still in this group
- Budget: from $1049, the most gallons for the money on this page
- Heat source: not stated in the listing, so ask the shop
- Use: bigger batches and longer sessions
The two features in the name
The shop highlights an EZ Seal Cap. The cap is where vapor leaves the pot, so how it seals matters on every single run. The other feature is a 4 inch thumper port, the opening for the thumper stage of the build. For details on how either one fits and works, call the shop at 603-997-6786. They make these by hand in New Hampshire and can explain it better than any spec sheet.
More volume, same method
A bigger pot doesn't change the science. It changes the scale. You still control the heat, watch the vapor, and decide where your cuts fall. A 15 gallon still just gives each experiment more room, which suits distillers who already know their process and want more out of every session.
It's sold complete as the Advanced Model, so you're buying a full still, not just a pot.
